Sam Sneed is an attorney and Director with ES&A, Inc. She represents, advises, and trains for-profit, non-profit, and government clients on issues at the intersection of law, business, and technology – including intellectual property development, corporate governance, government contracts and grants, privacy and cybersecurity.
Sam provides practical, comprehensive guidance on aligning human and technology resources. This includes legal pitfalls of AI in the workplace; the impact of changing international, federal and state policies on use of AI tools; and strategies for managing AI-driven change.
Sam holds a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA from the University of Denver, and is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law. She presently co-chairs CyberHawaii’s Education Committee and is a regular speaker and collaborator on local, national and international events on information security, STEM education, and technology policy.
