As senior counsel at OpenAI, Natalie Kim works on investigations, compliance and cybersecurity. From 2016-2023, Natalie was counsel at Google, first focusing on internal investigations involving ethics & compliance and later on affirmative litigation matters in the consumer protection and cybersecurity space. Before joining Google, Natalie worked for five years in the Washington, DC and Hong Kong offices of Ropes & Gray LLP.

Natalie holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School and an A.B. from Dartmouth College. She clerked for the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway at the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.
