Brent is Founder and CEO at reef.ai, a software platform that helps businesses utilize advanced AI-based scoring models to grow revenue with existing customers. Brent is a repeat founder who has been in SaaS software for over 20 years and has been focused on customer scoring for the past decade. Prior to starting reef.ai, Brent was at MuleSoft for 7 years where he built and led the Customer Success organization and had responsibility for Net Revenue Retention from startup through IPO and acquisition by Salesforce.
